I don't get to interact with you as much as I'd like because lives & problems get in the way. But in my experience, you're a nice and kind person. Stop being mean to yourself (easier said than done, I know, but STILL). I hope you get the job, since you want it and want to advance. But know that your worth is not dependent on it.
