Trying to wake up in time for a job interview at 9. Ew. It wouldn't be a bad job, I don't think. I might even enjoy it. But, dragging my ass out of bed at 7:00 am sucks wind.

Things have been pretty okay this week. We've been doing a few things that we needed to do--Jess had a dr. appt, I went shopping for pants (all I had was cropped/capri pants, and it's getting fucking cold!) Yesterday, we had chinese food, and I spent the afternoon being violently sick, but whatever. I'll live. Today, we has no plans beyond my interview. Which is a nice switch.

In a fit of utter insanity, I signed up for mini-nano. 100 words a day. We shall see. I haven't been writing much lately. I feel better, but I haven't found the time to write. I have to work on that. Maybe this will be the impetus I needed to start up again. Once upon a time, I could bang out four + pages of fic without even thinking about it. Not so much now. If I'm lucky, I can do 100-500 words now and then. *shrug*

Ah well. Time to head for the interview. No telling how shitty traffic will be. *sigh*

The workers were supposed to be at the apartment at 8:30am today and I have a meeting with my agent at 10:30. I feel your 7am pain. I also comiserate with you on the lack of pants! All of my good pants are dirty and New York picks TODAY to be freezing. Whatever. I'm wearing my pretty little dress and compromising with leggings and a jacket. We'll see if I suffer.

Good luck with the interview. I have to get up early on the days I work too, and yes, it does suck! But I had a day off today so I got up at lunchtime! :)
