As a rule of thumb if I've ever watched the show and know who the characters are and it interests me, I'll probably read it.
What's in my Journal:A little bit of everything, mostly fandom stuff, but lately quite a bit of RL stuff too.
The one thing I never thought I would do but I did for/because of the SPN fandom is:Spend exorbitant amounts of money to attend a fan convention and then spend unholy amounts of money on three of the biggest most beautiful banners in existence, which are currently hanging in our exercise room, they provide motivation. :)
I read:Fandom wise, mostly slash and the occasional Gen/Het. Outside of Fandom, pretty much anything. Reading has always been a huge love of mine, I can thank my mother for that.
Why you should friend me:I'm awesome. HAHAHA. No, seriously, because I can on occasion make people laugh so hard that they actually pee their pants. True story. And because well, I generally always try to make people feel better when they've had a bad day. :)

The one thing I never thought I would do but I did for/because of the SPN fandom is: I'll echo the above comment: Read RPS. Also, totally and completely crush on an actor like a teenaged fangirl. (Seriously, it's a gub'mint conspiracy. Has to be.)
I read: Just call me an omnivore. My favorite is always going to be a long, well-plotted gen case fic. But give me a good author and a well-written story and I will read just about anything.
Why you should friend me: I'm cute and cuddly and don't leave droppings in your silverware drawer? Okay, I lied. I'm a fairly random poster; family and school take up a lot of my time and my real life drama goes into another LJ. But I do love me some JDM. *yum*

Fandoms (other than SPN): I'm probably only fannish about popslash, but I enjoy the hell out of Bones and Friday Night Lights.
What's in my journal: random stuff. me, the kids, the husband, the job, the occasional (very light) meta, squee, fic, recipes (I'm on this quest to try 50 new recipes this year), odd links I've found, stuff I want but really don't need, whining about writing, etc, etc, etc. If you just want the stories, feel free to friend t_fic; everything does eventually get posted there.
The one thing I never thought I would do but I did for/because of the SPN fandom is: popslash took care of pretty much every boundary I had left after years of hanging around fandom, but SPN got me writing media fic again (and I'm so much better at it now!)
I read: Anything, as long as it's well-written. I prefer happy/hopeful endings and I really don't go in for angst for angst's sake, but there's always an exception to every rule. Like, I generally don't read daddy!cest, but I have, on occasion. And recced it, too.

I do, I do!

Its only happened once or twice to my best friend, we are so similar and we play off each other and I don't even remember what I said, but I have this really sarcastic view of life and I said something and she started rolling with laughter and then all the sudden she shot up and ran to the bathroom, I was seriously hyperventilating I was laughing so hard.

The funniest thing about being in the TS and DS fandom is that by the time I got into it, they were off the air, so I've seen maybe a dozen episodes of each show, but I've read like every single solitary piece of fic out there.

ETA: Is it just me or does Jared look like he's coming off a three day bender in that pic you have as a header? Cause, really, it screams stoned.

Exactly! They'd both JUST gone off the air when I got into them, but I was in a several forums and lists and did read just about every damn thing in Sentinel. I'm a bit more discerning where dueSouth is concerned. :) But alas, I am pretty much a serial monofangirl when it comes to being just all out squeeful about a fandom and right now, Supernatural/CWRPS is it.

HAHAHAHA. YOu must mean the one with him and Jensen from the morning show in NYC right after the second season renewal was announced (I have rotating headers, but I'm pretty sure that's the only one that looks like Jared is stoned). *G*

I'm almost positive the both stayed up partying hard the night before and Jensen just had the good sense to wear sunglasses. Jared totally just rolled out of bed! :) There's actually a couple of stories floating around about that look. heeeeee

I read: Gen, Het, Slash (m/m & f/f), some Wincest (by authors who do it well) but no Daddy!cest, Jeff/whoever (and Daddy!kinks there are of the good). I love John being a good father who loves his sons, but still isn't perfect. John angst is a thing of beauty. As is John whump.

I read: Wincest in all forms, Jared/Jensen/Jeff (and Sandy!) in any combo, JEFF in an combo (or, you know, MORE THAN), gen, het, pwp...I'm only a little hesitant when it comes to WIPs, really.

I've always been kind of slow on the uptake. I didn't find SPN until it was the middle of S2. I saw one episode and turned around and put the entire S1 in my netflix que, while my husband was downloading S2 to burn to DVD to watch when we finished S1. I was all caught up by the end of S2 and completely immersed back into fandom. I'd been gone for over two years after Angel had ended and nothing had drawn me back full time until SPN. I'm in love with this show. It's probably because I have a bizarre innate adoration of the horror genre. The pretty doesn't hurt though. And as long as I don't have to sit through revisionist history the way I did with Joss, SPN will probably always hold the top fandom spot for me.

Totally the one. Although I've seen quite a few pictures of the two of them together where either both or one of them looked fried out of their friggin' mind. Which, while I probably shouldn't, I find amazingly hot. LOL.

I got into it so late, I missed alot of the media stuff at the beginning like interviews and photos, etc. And it's damn hard to play catch up when there's so much out there. I'm still seeing pictures that I've never seen before that are a few years old.
