Today for my subject line, I present my favorite Backstreet Boys mangling of the English language. I mean, apparently, technically tragical is actually a word, but how far did they have to reach to get it. Not sure if it's better or worse that NSYNC rhyming girl with girl. (Seriously JC, world was right there!)
I finally listened to the new NSYNC song yesterday. It's kind of a bop, and will be added to my playlists. I don't know that it'll be my favorite song, but I did like it.
Yesterday was a pretty quiet day. My sister had a party to go to in the afternoon, so we didn't do much. In the morning, we did go grocery shopping, and grabbed lunch. We went to a new taco place, and I wasn't impressed. The queso was just nasty, and my taco salad was...okay. The steak wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything I'd be dying to go back to. The main thing that recommended it wast hat it was in the plaza with the Lidl grocery store.
Lidl was pretty fun. Big store, lots of stuff. I especially like their bakery aisle, since that's one thing Aldi doesn't have. We shopped a lot, and spent way more money that we should have, but we've got food for the week. We ended up with five fairly heavy bags for just under $200, which felt expensive, but probably wasn't that bad.
Afterwards, we came home and my sister went out, so we were mostly taking care of a fussy old man. He forgot to take his morning pills, which are his pain meds, so he gets very sore and cranky and is always a ton of fun to deal with.
Aside from that, I made my flashcards for the next quiz and tried to study, but my brain just wouldn't cooperate, so I decided that I deserved one day off studying. I'll go grab my flashcards in a little while and start drilling. I've got an average to maintain afterall. (Note: I don't expect to make 100% every test. That's just not likely to happen. I'm just going to do my best.)

poisontaster. Not sure quite how that's going to work out, since my sister will probably go to do laundry during it and I'll be on call for dad. Hopefully, he doesn't need a whole lot, and it'll go smoothly. If it's bad, I can just step away for the second half of the game, though I don't want to.) I tried to convince her to let me send out the laundry, but she insists that she needs to do towels this week. Normally, we aim for 5:30, but one of our players has another game at 5, so we made it 1-4.
Now the big question: Do I want to get myself together to go to the farmer's market this morning? It is mystery.
