It is way too early to be upright, but here I am. But alas, it's into the office with me today, so I am going to drink my coffee and try to wake up. 100%, I'm getting the giant iced macchiato today on my way to work, because I'm going to need it.

Thursdays are weird, because you never know who's going to bother to come in to work. Will I have to do Delivery Updates? Pending Returns? Other people's markets? It's a mystery! So I can't even really prepare myself, because it's like a jack in the box. Something is bound to pop up, the question is what it will be?

Yesterday was kind of draggy. I got a lot of work done, but it seemed to go on and on. Today should hopefully move a little bit faster. Hopefully, the chairs will not fuck my back too hard, and we'll be okay. I'm not looking forward to going in, but I am excited about having a reason to drive my car. I go vroom vroom!

Last night at 6:30, I missed a call from an IKEA recruiter about the Team Lead job. I will call him back today and see what he has to say. Normally, they send you an email to set up an interview. I've never had one just call me out of the blue, so this is weird to start out with. Also, cue Chronically Cautious up. "If I'm being honest, I'm beginning to question how much I wanted." Compared to the job in Conshohocken, it seems very blah. I'm still going to call him back, and see what he has to say, but unless it's really good pay and a schedule I can live with, I'm not taking the job.

I was looking at the Support Specialist job again in Conshohocken, and if I were to get it and be offered the median salary, I'd be making enough to put probably $2000 into savings a month, that's including the increased wear and tear on the car and gas and all that. Do you know what that would do for us? It would be fucking amazing. Eh, we'll see. Even once we dad passes, and we factor an apartment into things, I'd be able to save at least $1500. That would be such a relief for me.

Aside from that, nothing exciting in the beanside household. Dad's money finally came in, so I'm breathing a sigh of relief. Okay, my computer is threatening to shut down, since the battery is at 10%, so I'm going to go forth and get myself together. Everyone have a super Thursday!
