Back to work, ew. I really wasn't happy when my alarm went off this morning. It doesn't help that my alarm is on my ipad, and is a kind of chirpy klaxon. It's hard to describe, but it's a touch annoying. That's why I leave it, since it definitely forces me to wake up, so I don't accidentally just turn it off and go back to sleep. It's not horribly loud, so it doesn't wake Jess up, but it's just obnoxious enough that I actually get up.
Work shall probably not be that exciting today. I'll have my markets from Friday to work, then I'll spend the rest of the day being bored out of my skull. Hopefully, there's some Disney videos I haven't seen yet to keep me awake. A market usually averages me about half an hour to do, and I have four of them, so it's not like it takes me that long to do them, We were supposed to pick up the new thing this week, but I haven't heard any more about it, so that may have been delayed.
Yesterday was as expected, quiet. The headache and low blood sugar was not expected, and as a result, I spent a lot of my day either horizontal, or sucking down a soda. I go through cycles, it seems. Sometimes, my blood sugar will stay in the higher normal range, and sometimes, it goes low. I've found that I have the same problem as my mother did, in that I notice low blood sugar symptoms while it's technically still in the lower normal range.
I did cook bacon and eggs for dinner last night, and the GoodChop bacon continues to be awesome. It's just much more flavorful, and since it's uncured, there's less of a chance of migraines. (Sometimes nitrites are bad, sometimes they're okay, go figure.) Tonight will be the enormous pork chops, though I'll see what I want to do with them.
Okay, I suppose it's time for some more coffee and to put on clothes. I am not a proponent of this plan, but I also hate wearing my nightgown all day, so clothes it is. Everyone have a nice Sunday!
