For we who grew up strong and proud, in the shadow of a mushroom cloud

Short one today. Yesterday started out by my beloved Boodle launching a full container of treats off my desk. In the ensuing sweeping, I managed to throw my back out. It's still hurting like a bitch and getting up or down is a incredibly painful.

I stubbornly insisted on doing all my errands yesterday despite it, which might not have been the brightest idea, as by last night, I was in tears. But dammit, I got groceries and my two new shirts from Torrid, and Jess got her weed.

Today it doesn't seem to be any better, and I foresee spending a lot of the day in bed, which is going to annoy the hell out of me. I called out of work because I couldn't imagine sitting in my chair all day long.

It's not like it's the first time I've done this, and I know it'll ease up in day or two. In the meantime it really sucks, though.
