Mornings are so annoying. I think I'm still catching up on sleep from while my sister was away, so mornings seem to be coming way too early. I'm looking forward to sleeping in a little bit tomorrow. The last two mornings, I've very much considered sleeping until 7 and just not having time to sit and wake up before work, but I've dragged my ass out of bed every morning. Resentfully, but I've done it.

Work yesterday was mildly busy. I had my Chicago market to do in the morning, then not long after, I had my performance evaluation for the year, which was a surprise.

It was the shortest damn PE I've ever had. Twenty minutes and out. The theme of it was "T's awesome" and I ended up getting an Exceeds Expectations, which will hopefully translate to a nice raise next year. I won't find out the amount I'm getting til some time in December, unfortunately. I'm hoping for at least 4%.

Then, we had a meeting with the boss of the Chicago market to go over the problems we're having. It wasn't a huge thing, but it ate up another hour of my time, so that was good. I don't know how productive it is, but it's cool that they're including us in the talks, since we're the ones doing the reports. I think it's good for the big bosses to get an idea of what we actually do. That said, god I hate meetings.

The rest of the afternoon was quiet until my West Coast markets came in, That and doing the 4pm run for the delivery updates took up the rest of my time.

Today, I'm not expecting to be that busy. It's my day to be back up for the inbox, so I'll be doing some of that as well as whatever markets come in. Still, it shouldn't be bad at all.

Okay, now I shall go forth and have more coffee and get myself together for work. Have a good Thursday everyone!
