It's Friday! Yay! Jess kindly let me sleep in, so I'm getting a late start today. It feels a little weird not to get up til 8. It was very nice of my body not to be a total dick and to let me relax for a while.
I am especially appreciative since last night, my body was not so nice. I was sitting there after feeding the family, and suddenly got so very nauseous that it sent me straight to the bathroom. After that, I laid downstairs with the bucket, just in case. This morning, I feel like I have a little sour stomach, but nothing horrible. I don't even know what the fuck was going on. Bodies are weird and annoying.
This weekend is going to be quiet, I think. Aside from D&D tonight, we have no real plans, and nothing to get accomplished. It'll drive me crazy. I'll be twitchy and wanting to do something by noon.
Our masks came in yesterday as well as an Old Navy order. We are now good on tees and tank tops for a while, as well as another two pair of bike shorts. I'm a big fan of the bike shorts, I've gotta say. They're long enough to prevent chub rub, and snug enough that they stay the hell in place. The pandemic has made me very picky about my clothes, and how comfortable they are. I thought I was bad before, but now I've had a year and a half of wearing leggings and tank tops.
The masks are ugly as fuck, but they fit really well. They don't even fog my glasses up, which is a nice surprise. They're a little harder to breathe in than what we have now, but I can deal with it.
Okay, time to have more coffee and commence doing nothing. Have the best Friday everyone!
