I did not want to get up this morning when my alarm went off. I woke up at 4, took my pill and went back to dozing until my alarm chimed at 6am. Then, I debated taking another 10 minutes, but decided it wasn't worth it. I've already had one cup of coffee, and another is imminent.
Work was actually fairly busy. I got to make another training guide, this one for dealing with backordered items. This in addition to my usual markets. Plus the project has refilled with about 140 backorders. We'll get them knocked out pretty quickly, hopefully. It's a much more fiddly process, so it's at least something to do this morning while I wait for my markets to come in for the day.
Yesterday, it was the coworker I talk to most's day in the inbox, so I helped out as much as I could. We had it at 0 most of the day, so that was good.
In stupid insurance tricks, I went to get my prescriptions and was told that the Rybelsus was $771. It was $25 last month. A little research on the website let me know that I can only get it as a 90 day supply, for a total of $110, but the single month will cost me full price. I had no idea it was so fucking expensive. I guess it make some sense since it's relatively new. But it works, so I'll suck it up and pay the $110. That'll be two meds that are that expensive, the other being my inhaler. We're almost out of our FSA for the year, so I'll have to start saving money for prescriptions now.
We got a little dividend from the stock portfolio that my uncle left Dad in the will, and he wants to pay for my brakes, so that's set up for Friday.
