Snow day! It hasn't started here yet, but we've been assured that it's coming! Still don't really know how much we're going to get between now and Tuesday. They seem pretty sure that today we're getting 3-5", which isn't bad. Monday is still a crap shoot. We might get a ton more, we might not. We shall have to wait and see.
Whatever comes today and tomorrow, I shall be watching from my office, since work will not be called off on account of snow, what with working from home. There's apparently a few people working at the office who don't have broadband internet, or don't have room to work from home, so they may send them home, but those of us who are sitting in our own homes are probably out of luck.
Currently, I am engage with playing the "get off the frigging table" game with Gracie, who is determined to ignore me. Since she is 16 pounds of pure muscle, this is a fun game.
Yesterday was the biweekly Monster of the Week game, and my players faced off against a vengeful ghost! She was killing all those who were cheating on their significant others, having been murdered by a cheating professor over 40 years ago. Her ultimate goal was to find that professor and take her revenge, thus mastering her powers and unleashing her on the world! The hunters decided that the ghost could have her revenge, but then found themselves facing her down. (They're turning into quite the little murder hobos, my Chaos Goblins are.) After some heavy damage, and miraculous saves, they finally took her down for good.
Continuing the trend of TTRPG weekend, we'll be reconvening in two weeks for another full weekend!
