She's ten the hard way, I can feel it in my bones

Yesterday was productive, if exhausting. The Amish Market by itself was enough for the day. Absolutely bugfuck crazy, no social distancing. If I hadn't gone to get food for dinner (which we ended up postponing til today) I would have turned around and run the other way. We got our apple sausage and steak and cheese pretzels, but noped out of the bakery, which was crowded as hell.

Then, it was off to a new dispensary, that had the Blue Frost strain. Jess really liked it, so it may become our new place of choice. They said that they were more friendly, and it felt less cold capitalism. It still is, of course, but it felt nicer. It's a little bit further out than where the other one is, but not enough to matter. Plus, this one has a point system where you can get free shit when you spend money. Also,they have Taharka ice cream in the gift shop area of the dispensary, and you get a free pint on your birthday. (That ice cream is the shit, especially the Honey Graham flavor.

Everyone is up very early this morning, including my sister. It's making it very hard to type my morning entry, as she is interrupting me every five minutes to show me something on her phone that she's found on Twitter. It is driving me crazy, and I'll be happy to go to work in an hour. I feel bad leaving Jess to it. How is she so interactive this early?

I slept fitfully last night. Like a log til one, then I was up and down with weird dreams that I don't remember a thing about, except that there were superheroes in it. Go figure.
