About seven months ago, I started an LJ flame war, over something that wasn't really my business anyway. I did it because I wanted a fight for reasons I'm not going to go into here, but also because no matter how often I hotly denied it, I was being led around by the nose.

I got my fight, and I actually enjoyed it, while it was going on, but then, in the interests of jumping to my defense, two of my dearest friends got into it, and they both ended up with hurt feelings, and it perpetuated animosity that had been longstanding between two lists.

So, with that in mind, let me finally say something I should have said a long time ago. I fucked up. I was wrong, and I apologize to everyone who I dragged into my PMS.

I've been thinking this for the last few months, but incidents as of late have really crystallized just how fucked up some of my thought processes really have been.

So, mark the date. I don't admit to being wrong often. *grin* But this time, I was every bit the sheep I was accused of being, and I apologize.

I guess this fiance thing is mellowing me out, huh? I love you, chica, you're truly the best thing that ever happened to me.

Well, I don't know if this will mean anything to you, but I am truly sorry for anything I've done in the past that has upset you. I have all the grace and tact of a psychotic bull high on methamphetamines, I know, but I do sincerely apologize for my past behavior.

My memory of the whole thing is (and I don't really want to go read it all over to check and see if my impressions hold true) that you were generally reasonable and didn't resort to "but you're an evil bitch" sorts of arguments, which I appreciate.

I am, however, always curious, and I wonder, amongst other things, why "Sibbohan" is still on metslash. Unless you seriously fuck up, I won't unsub either version of you.
