Cause it don't feel right when it's late at night
And Tuesday has arrived! And I'm up early to drag my ass into the office for our Pride celebration. I haven't heard that much about what we're going to be doing, but I do know there will be snow cones, so that's nice, since it's going to be warm today. I've got my Pride shirt ready to go!
I had an hour and a half "training" on the reorganization yesterday. I know absolutely nothing new as it relates to my situation. The one nice bit that they said is that they're going to start posting the pay ranges on new job postings. Which will be helpful. They're doing it all backwards, we also found that out. They're posting all the new jobs over the next few weeks, but they're not telling us what our jobs will look like until probably September. So, you have to make the leap and apply for what are mostly badly defined jobs in the hopes that you don't fuck yourself over. Such complete bullshit.
In other news:
I seem to have started another campaign module. After we chatted about it during the Witchlight game, the lure of Curse of Strahd became too strong and I bought and created the game and set up the discord room. It looks like it's going to be another big group. Strahd is a horror game and kind of one of the big ones, so hopefully, I can do it justice. This brings the total of campaigns up to 6, plus a couple of running one shots. This is what happens when I get bored. I go "I have every other Friday open!" I've been reading through the module and wow, it's a lot. That is a big fucking module. It's pretty open, where the party can kind of go where they'd like when they like, so there's a high probability that they'll go where they're not supposed to and have a too-hard fight. It should be interesting at the very least!
