These five words in my head scream "Are we having fun yet?"
It's vacation day! We're not leaving until between 1-2pm, so we have a little time to get last minute stuff done. Pills are all packed, though, so that's a start. Next up, I need to see if I accidentally packed all my bras and locate one. I need to go get the cat's thyroid medicine, since he's now taking a higher dose. The container we have probably won't last until Monday.
Yesterday seemed to take forever to get done. The dude actually showed up to do the inbpx, so I had basically nothing to do until later in the day. My markets all actually came in, so they're up to date, and coworker J. shouldn't have that much to do on them.
I can't believe my daring at taking four whole work days off. I normally only take one or two at a time. With the weekend in there, I'm going to have six days off in a row, which is kind of unheard of for me to do. They're going to be screwed next year when I take a week plus a day off. Apparently I'm missing a team meeting on Tuesday, which I am not sad about.
It's also going to be a long wait until it's time to go to Lancaster. I'm not great at waiting when I have something to do, but we can't get in the room until 4pm, so it would make no sense to go any earlier. Even stopping for lunch, we're probably going to get there a touch early anyway. It's only an hour and a half drive.
We've been making an infinite playlist of songs for the Disney trip, and this will be our first (Albeit short) time to try it out. As it stands, it's 15+ hours long, so it's more than enough for this trip!
I don't know that we'll do much tonight, might just relax and maybe hit the pool if we so desire. I packed my bikini, so I'm going to have to screw my courage up and wear it. I did get a cover up, so I'm not walking through the hotel with everything hanging out.
Sam seems to be perking up and eating a little more on the antibiotic, so maybe he had a little bug, and wasn't feeling great. I'm still a little anxious about leaving him, but I know he'll be taken care of.
Okay, I'm going to get myself together and fetch the cat's medicine. Gotta go find my bra. Have a good Thursday everyone!
