Though my memories are faded, they come back to haunt me once again
Yet another night of shitty sleep, boo! I didn't get to sleep until late, then I woke up at 3. Took my pill and hit the bathroom and then came back to bed to lay there. And lay there. Around 4, when I was getting sleepy again, Sam kindly came in and yelled in my face, and proceeded to paw at me until I petted him. Eventually, he settled down, but by then it was almost time to get up. At least this time I'm not half-stoned on benadryl, so I'll take it as a small step up.
Upon careful consideration, and realizing that November is still hurricane season, we've moved our trip up to late April. We'll be going just after the spring break season, so it should be comparable crowd wise. Unfortunately, it'll be much warmer, and we'll have the potential for rain, but hopefully, it'll be good. There's enough indoor rides and shows that we can weather some rain.
I continue to watch all the videos. Seriously so many videos. I feel like I'm starting to get a handle on hotels and how to use the Genie+ lighting lane product, but there's still so much to learn! I wish I had the money to stay at one of the deluxe hotels, but I just can't justify over $500/night to myself.
Work yesterday was utterly boring. I finished the couple markets that needed to be done by 9, and then had many hours of doing nothing. Around 3, the coworker who does delivery updates asked for help, so that was an hour and a half where I actually had stuff to do.
Today, we have a team meeting scheduled. Whether that'll actually happen, since we had pushed back the last one by a week, I don't know. I'm not sure how much we'll have to go over after just a week. We'll see, I suppose. Last week's was such a bitch-fest, I'm really hoping that it gets cancelled.
And now, I shall go consider pants and more coffee. Have a great Tuesday everyone!
