I actually slept last night, but woke up super early. I can't seem to win when it comes to sleep lately. Oh well, it's better than the night before I suppose.
It's Friday! Yay! Not that I have any particular plans. I figure we'll watch something. We've got a plethora of things to watch at the moment. The rest of Hawkeye, Peacemaker, The Eternals. Plus we had started the last season of Project Runway. We'll see what we're in the mood to watch. We do have an order of the expensive cat food coming via instacart, so I'll probably put on pants for that. Or, I'll let them drop it on the porch and leave, then come out later. That is also a good possibility.
Yoda again has managed to get a poopy butt. We're trying to clear it up with judicious applications or olive oil so it will slide off, but if not, he'll be going to the vet for a shave. I wish he'd let us fix it, but he throws the biggest puppy tantrum and screams like we're killing him. He of course, is good for the vet.
So, like a grown up, I put in for my Rybelsus script when I had about 20 days left. Then, they decided that I needed a prior auth. Now, they said they're denying it, so I'm going to be on the phone today. I'm so thoroughly freaked out. I have 8 pills left. I've been on it for over 6 months, and they've been covering it. This is not a robo call I needed to get yesterday.
Jess has had a lovely two day migraine, which has been worrying me. They've been controlling it through judicious applications of pot, but there's only so much that can do. I'm hoping they feel a little better this morning.
Okay, time to stop babbling and call Express Scripts.
ETA: So, it wasn't Express Scripts. My doctor hasn't called in the Prior Auth yet. I am so pissed. I will be calling as soon as they open, and I'm probably not going to be nice this time.
