And I appear to be in a shit mood again. I was feeling generally aggro yesterday, and I still feel snappish and pissy. Work shall be a joy.
I didn't watch the debate. For my own mental health, I couldn't. I still heard about most of it in my morning doom scroll. Which, come to think of it, may be part of my shitty mood. I can't imagine how anyone thinks the Cheeto is a good leader. Seriously. What has he done that's useful or good? I mean, I'm liberal as hell. But, Maryland has a Republican governor, and he's done fairly well. He's handled the pandemic pretty well. We're reopening a little earlier than I'd like, but our metrics are good, so I can't say it doesn't have precedent. I didn't vote for him, but I don't hate him. I hate the Cheeto. Worse, I fear him and his followers.
We're having a tight week money wise, so of course, I want sushi like burning. Friday, we will definitely be getting some. Also, potstickers for Jess. They don't really like Yama sushi's sushi, but their gyoza are the best I've ever had. Perfectly golden pan fried.
I'm working on the next Monster of the Week game. It's a lot looser than last weeks. By it's nature, a haunted house is limited in scope. This one, they can go anywhere, or do anything, and I really don't know where it'll go. Of course, the haunted house went places I wasn't expecting either. There was a whole subplot that got made up as we went.
I feel like online RPGs are my one high spot right now. I get to play with friends, plus it's the most human interaction I'm getting aside from the Grubhub driver. I want to be at home during the pandemic, don't get me wrong. It's just wearing on me. I would classify myself as mostly an introvert, but apparently, I still need to interact with people now and then. Who knew?

it's so interesting to hear about your RPG; I've never played (and probably never will) but I like hearing about it sometimes

I really enjoy playing and GMing. I'll probably continue to talk about it, because it's the high point of my week.
