Off to San Antonio for the long weekend!

Hate flying, but I'm looking forward to seeing my father-in-law.

It's just the 4 hours stuck in a tiny seat that does not excite me. At least it's a direct flight. Even if it is Southwest.

I have to say, after flying Airtran, I have a slightly jaundiced view of Southwest. I loved the onboard wifi and Sirius radio on Airtran. Definitely made the flight shorter. Also, $50 to upgrade to business class within 24 hrs of the flight is Awesome. We flew home from New Orleans in style.

One month to Wincon, which we're driving to. I think, sadly, a 13 hour drive is easier on us than a 2hr flight.

I'm just happy I managed to get a non-stop flight. It's 2 hours, but I don't have to deal with any plane changes or missed connections.

Welcome to fall in TX? I'm just sorry you'll be getting so much of the pressure changes from the hurricanes whipping about. Sure they aren't hitting here, but they certainly make a difference to the weather patterns.

Hopefully this won't kick off your migraines *crosses fingers* I also hope we cool down a bit.
