on the last one, I'd actually be more interested in a bed bound psycic, the idea of a someone with powerful mental powers who is bedridden. Kind of like how the seers of old supposedly lost their sight to gain it.

That could be cool. She's got some power, but her body's too broken to really use it in what we're considering.

What if it's a tie between Deathknell and Retriever? Which, btw on the latter's part, you NEED to write more and add some hawt pron to it. Jeff and Jensen need loving.

And honestly, whatever you and your delicious writing partner cook up turns to gold. You two could write a cracked up fic about a Mary Sue running off with Sam and Dean as their newfound little sister after being kidnapped by Gordon Walker and Sam gets a unicorn at the end, and it would still be amazing.

Just saying.

My response on to the poll (Retriever) is more "which one do you most desperately want the next" than which I like most as I love them all, but of the three Retriever is the one which is at a point where I can't rest comfortably. Deathknell is what got me reading you guys and I'd always love more, but I'm ok with waiting a bit longer and letting the guys enjoy their Christmas as long as possible before everything gets messy again. OT3 I love, but, similarly, things are relatively ok there. The Retrieververse I both want to know what HAS happened previously (what are the specific things that happened to the characters, and also, what the heck happened to the world as a whole and what does it really look like in a larger view) and what finally gets them together.

As for fibrofic, sure. Although my reading of it on any given day may depend on how badly I'm flaring.

*grin* I believe we have a new retriever verse started, but it stalled. Hopefully it will unstick soon. *grin*

A story about someone who's bedbound and in chronic pain being haunted could be so cool. There's a lot of really creepy, interesting stuff you can do there, with that Rear Window feel to it but with a whole new layer of tension of added in.

...And maybe that's not quite what you were asking, but seriously, a situation like that is perfect for a psychological horror story.

No, that kind of is what I was thinking. She's not sure if she's losing her mind, or if there's really weird shit going on.

#2 was SUPER HARD, you h0r. And I add HOOKERVERSEOMG to my choice even though I'm not sure you yourself have written in it - you two overlap in my head.

I cannot possibly choose ONE favorite 'verse of yours. Just MORE PLEASE!!!

So, let me modify my above answers.

1.I'm sure I've read your FPS somewhere, but off the top of my head, I'm not sure where. I have not read, although I have downloaded, OBS. It's on my to do list, which has been eaten by a very large household issue, which sucketh.

2. I have MAD love for the Retriever-verse. MAD LOVE. Possibly crazy mad love. Did I mention the mad love? In other news, I also have all kinds of love for the Latin conjugation universe. Why yes, I am that weird.

So, if there was a way to click the radio button like 6 times for Retriever-wrse, I would. (It's possible that due to sleep deprivation I actually tried, but the bugger is one of those annoying toggle switches so clicking it multiple times didn't do anything more than make it go on and off. Bugger.)

3. My answer to #3 threatens to turn into a giant "just my two cents" post, and since I know y'all know how those usually pan end, I'll skip. The short version is this: as many a wiser than I am writer has pointed out, all stories are to some extent a Mary Sue story. The good writers take personal experience and transform it into something that isn't just "o, hai, this is my personal baggage, let me show u." Which, you know, y'all don't. (And since I forgot every single time I saw y'all at Cont.Txt--did you see the 30 Days in which a football player volunteered to spend 30 days living as if he were a quadraplegic in a wheelchair? I thought you might find it good inspiration for a certain other story. As for forgetting to mention it at Con.Txt, I'm sure it was all the warm, moist caves that distracted me.)

You know, asking me to pick a favorite 'verse is like asking which molecule of oxygen I prefer to breathe. Does not compute.

Hon, you know me I read most if not all of your stuff, might not comment all the time and might be a bit slow about it, but it does get read :-)

I love your guys fics. Deathknell is one of my favorites. The Retriever verse is my other, i wish it got updated more.

I love all of the above series, but your Bastard Saints-verse is how I discovered you, so I tend to be most fond of it.

I chose Deathknell (as I'm addicted to it) but let me tell that's a though, tough question, because I love everything you write so much. Honestly, I'm in your hands with whatever you choose to write, and very thankful that you share it.
And that goes to the last question too. I'm interested in everything you write, for me you're one of those writers that are the exception to every rule I have about what I would or won't read, and what premise I thought I wouldn't ever like, but I know you'll make it work. And on top of that, that idea seems very interesting (and of course your insight with such a character, would be invaluable).
