A note...
So, the crackverse has been mildly delayed by me spending most of the day in our radiologist's office with a (probable) gallbladder issue.
Nothing horrific so far. Pain when I eat dairy/fatty food, not much between meals, no fever. It sucks, but I'm trying to baby it along. I have an appointment with a general surgeon on Wednesday, just to be evaluated, though I expect it to resolve itself by then.
Hopefully, if my tummy behaves, I'll be able to write lots tomorrow. *grin*

I'm still hoping that if I watch my diet and lose some weight i can avoid the surgery, but we'll see. That one's up to the surgeon. I'm going to someone I trust, so if he says out with it, I'll be scheduling.
But...I like peanut butter. Dammit. (any other suggestions on foods to avoid/try? I already know that dairy is evil, as is fatty food. Right now, I'm drinking chicken broth, which seems to be okay. For lunch, I have rice and chickpeas. Whoo. I'm basically turning into a near-vegetarian, go team me.)
I'm trying. I'm at work today, but no patients, just sitting on my ass writing fic. Maybe, if I get ambitious, I'll file some charts. Otherwise, yeah, i'm taking it very very easy.

~My gall bladder issues were actually genetic, so dieting, etc. wouldn't have helped me. By the time I actually went to a doctor I had to many stones to do anything but yank it.
~ avoid nuts, avacados... all the good stuff. Swap white clam sauce for red. Chicken and broccoli were my mainstays, vegetable soups, rice and spinach were my life.
~Loved the new one... going to comment there too. Can't be a stalker if I don't make the effort. More? Please?
