Much as it pains me to say it...
I have to give Fox credit. (that would be the network, not the news, obviously.)
Last night, on Hell's Kitchen, they were down to the final 3. And as a treat, they brought the contestants families in to visit. The one chef, Jessica, has always pinged my gaydar, but since they never said anything, I figured I was mistaken. But then, last night, they introduced their families/friends. One had his wife and in-laws, the other his mom and uncle and girlfriend. Jessica had her mom, sister, and girlfriend.
I thought, now is this girlfriend-girlfriend, or friend-who-is-a-girl-girlfriend. Judging by the kiss she gave her, it's girlfriend as in I-eat-your-face-now. *grin*
Why did this excite me so?
Because they never said a word. Treated it exactly the same as the guys.
It was this great, brief moment of normal. Just lovely.
Not to mention, the girlfriend was hot.
