*snore*

So, not a whole lot going on right now in my life. Everything is pretty much in a holding pattern for now, which isn't to say that's a bad thing. Right now, we need the holding pattern. Just so that we can catch a breath before we start the next tumult.

Because there's always a tumult. That's life.

Jess is trying to find some decent part or full time jobs to help pay for Loyola, though there's still a chance that Towson U. might find a way to keep her on, and she's apply for another job in the department. Either way, the next few monts will be "interesting."

*grin* Aside from that, I think we've pretty much decided that at some point we're going to adopt/artificially inseminate at some point, $$$ depending. It probably won't be right away--we've got some travel we'd like to do first, and well, let's face it, if we're going to adopt, we're going to need to be financially stable. (There has been, however, a bit of debate about sending Rick Elfman an e-mail to ask for sperm.)

So, life is basically good. And tomorrow, I get to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, then pick up my copy of Half-Blood Prince. Go me.

Because even if he says "hell no" and files a restraining order, it'll give us an amusing mental image for months.

Plus, if he does, we can blame any and all idiosyncratic behaviors on the daddy. *grin*

I get to be an Aunty...okay, the whole spawn of Elfman thing is making me want so say something I know I shouldn't.

I's a bad me.

And it doesn't matter how 'interesting' the next few months get, I'll be here to cheer and support and stuff.
