I struggle with some demons, they were middle class and tame
When all else fails, I can go back to Leonard Cohen for my subject line. This one is from You Want It Darker, which I love.
I slept for utter shit last night. The first half of the night, I just couldn't get to sleep, and then around 1am I started having stomach cramps. They finally settled down and I got a little bit here and there. I'm still having some pain, though now it seems like it might be heading into a regular "got to go" cramp. I hope so, because it sucked.
Today should be a normal day at work, so I shouldn't need much brain power. Tomorrow, I have the inbox, so hopefully, I'm a little more awake. My markets probably won't come in until I'm gone, so I'll be working the Pending Returns Queue all day, joy.
Yesterday was pretty quiet at work. I did my shit, and not a whole lot extra. Afterwards, we went to IKEA to pickup some lemon dill sauce for our salmon from the Swedish Food Market. Unfortunately, they've moved the food market and now you check out at the regular registers, which was a bit of a mess, seeing as it's back to school time. Dinner was a little bit late, but it was pretty tasty. I wish I liked fish more than I do, because I know it's good for me, but I just can't quite get there.
Okay, gotta hop off and get ready for bed. Spent too long fussing with character sheets for Frostmaiden this morning.
