Farewell Grandmom...
So, after what seems like a million near misses and amazing comebacks, Grandmom passed this evening around 5:00 pm.
She's been failing for the last few days, and hadn't taken food or water since Friday, so we knew it was coming, but there's no way to really prepare for this.
I hope wherever she is, she's out of pain, and able bodied, and with all her friends who have gone before.
I'll miss her.
