Well that was fun. I did not sleep worth a damn last night and I am feeling it today. Woke up around midnight having an allergy attack. Even with some Benadryl, I didn't fall back to sleep for a while, and when I did it was fitful. I am definitely feeling it this morning. I have a wicked bitch of a headache, and seriously considered sleeping in for another hour. Alas, my brain would not let me, so up it was.
Upon a recommendation from a coworker, I looked at Harry and David's Thanksgiving meals. They're all heat and serve, and they look amazing. I'm thinking it might be time for a change from Cracker Barrel. I just have to decide which sides I want to get. They all look good. It's a little more expensive, but bless them, they use Klarna, so I can get it in four easy payments, which is kind of ideal. Plus, then no driving on Thanksgiving!
Work yesterday was dull as hell. I worked on the LQRs most of the day. They're so boring. It's the same thing over and over and over again. Then I did a few markets for someone who works Tues-Sunday so she won't come in to an overwhelming pile of reports. But a good chunk of time, I did nothing at all. Well, that's not true. I watched youtube videos on my phone.
Today, I should at least have my markets to do, so that'll be something. They hadn't come in by the time I left, but hopefully they'll be there when I clock in. So that'll at least be my morning sorted.
Wonder of all wonders, my sister finally gave me a hint of something to get her. She was gushing about the "No Bones" tshirt of the pug Noodles. So on Black Friday, I'll be getting that. Here's hoping it gets here before Christmas. I'm also thinking about getting her a gas card, since prices are so high.
The internet continues to impress. So far, aside from one glitch that just required a reboot, it's been averaging between 200-300 mbps, which is way more than we actually need. The upload speed is a little slow, but I'm not streaming or doing zoom calls, so that's okay. It handles Teams voice chat, so it's all good.
