Having your boss praise you for something you were afraid he'd be upset about. *grin*

While he was on vacation, I talked a patient's mother through reducing a dislocated elbow, which I was afraid might be pushing it on the autonomy that he allows me to have. But hey, he's thrilled. Go team me!
