Why must Mondays be so...Monday-like?

Had a good weekend, mostly puttered around. Got to go out Saturday to see a movie!! (*gasp*)

robanybody, you must, must see "The Covenant". It is hysterically bad, with a whole load of little pretty boys. I started choking with laughter during the credits, and didn't stop. I swear to god, it's like someone threw the scripts for "Underworld," "Lost Boys" and "The Craft" in a blender, and this is what poured out.

And Oh. My. God. The SLASH. There is boykissing. It is not subtext. It is totally text. And I love Renny Harlin a little for it.

Other than that, we plotted and porned, and debated a Supernatural/Silent Hill crossover.

This weekend also was the first apple cider of the fall! *prancity* God, so goood. Will be picking up a gallon for Mabon next week. (which is awesome cause next week is Webber's big apple festival, which involves apple cider doughnuts. I mean, seriously. With cinnamon and sugar. Mmmm...

Also, on Saturday, we finally bought our airline tickets for Winchester Con!!!!! I am such a total geek! Nashville, here we come!

(So, anyone wanna come out with us on Friday morning to look for cowboy boots for my excessively flat and wide feet? Cause dammit, I want cowboy boots!)

Saturday night, I think we're considering doing the Nashville Haunted Tavern Tour Any other takers? It'll be an unoffical con event, but if there's enough of a demand, I'd be happy to call the tour, find out how many people they can do on each tour and work on setting it up.

Friday night, though...what kind of interest would there be in a JDM/Papa Winchester lovers party? We've got Dead and Breakfast and are expecting to have his very first movie "Undercover Heat" so if we can work out the AV issues, we could try to get something together.

Aaaand...I think that's all I've got. For the moment. *grin*
